Come watch Maine wildlife come to life one carving at a time!
Join us for a special event featuring talented chainsaw artists Dan Burns, Joe Wenal, and Greg Waters as they transform logs into stunning wildlife sculptures. Watch their creativity in action, meet the artists, and take in the sights and sounds of this unique outdoor art experience. It's a perfect day to celebrate Maines wild beauty in a whole new way!

Wildlife at the Park
Maine Wildlife Park is owned and operated as a wildlife education center by Maine Department of Inland Fisheries. Unlike a zoo, the Park does not feature exotic species from outside our state, or breed wildlife in captivity.
We provide a permanent home for Maine wildlife that are unable to survive in the wild after being injured, orphaned, or raised, sometimes illegally, in captivity. They are here for their protection, and to serve as ambassadors for their species, providing a unique opportunity for visitors to learn about native wildlife, and wildlife conservation and management in Maine.
