I had so so many "you-know-where in a handbasket: headlines racing through my mind when I edited Rowan's incredibly useful article today. Please note that I used tremendous restraint.
 
Even during "normal" times, as we get older, aids like hand trucks, dolly carts, and other devices to make moving things easier can be very useful and prevent injury. During bad times, these tools are invaluable.
