Hello John,

I hope this finds you well.

Across the country, youth organisations and Traveller organisations are celebrating the achievements and contributions of young Travellers in Ireland, following this year’s theme of “Empowering the Future; the next generation of Irish Travellers“.

Speaking to youth workers over the last few weeks, we distilled down 5 things you could think about to get you on your way to reaching out to young Travellers ([link removed]) .

Through this blog post, you can find out
* What you can do as a youth worker to support Traveller Pride 2025
* How you can better embrace young Irish Travellers in your youth work setting
* Why adopting a deeper understanding of discrimination and injustice will better support young Travellers

Next year we want to make Traveller Pride an even bigger celebration in the youth sector! If you are working with young Travellers and are interested in coming together to share ideas, to plan and to get organised for next year's Traveller Pride please email Kate on [email protected] (mailto:[email protected])

I encourage and urge all our members, partners and youth sector colleagues to come out and support this year’s Traveller Pride events.
All the best,

Anne
