How blessed we are! Raymond Cardinal Burke will offer the Operation Storm Heaven Holy Mass on June 1, at the Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Currently scheduled for 7:00 AM Central Time, it will be live-streamed. A link to view the livestream will be sent before June 1. The Holy Mass is not open to the public. 

Here is an opportunity to give Cardinal Burke all the intentions that are deep within your heart.

On First Saturday, June 7, at 12:15 PM Central Daylight Time, Cardinal Burke will offer a Holy Mass, at the Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe, in La Crosse, Wisconsin, which will be livestreamed. Everyone is invited to attend in person, at the Shrine. More details will be sent in early June, including the link. 

Since this is the month of Cardinal Burke’s Golden Jubilee, 50 Years as a Priest of Jesus Christ, there will be two other significant events at the Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe which are open to the public:

Friday, June 27 at 10:00 AM. The Solemn Pontifical Mass at the Throne / The Most Sacred Heart of Jesus. If you attend in person, there will be a receiving line after the Pontifical Mass.

Sunday, June 29 at 1:00 PM. The Golden Jubilee Holy Mass on the Solemnity of Saints Peter and Paul. Cardinal Burke’s 50th Anniversary date as a Priest of Jesus Christ. There will be a receiving line and a reception after the Holy Mass. Rosary and Confession beginning at 12:15 PM.

June is the month dedicated to the Sacred Heart of Jesus, which is Christ, the Word Incarnate. Devotion to the Sacred Heart calls us to convert and repent, not only for our sins, but for the sins of the world. 

In a homily, Cardinal Burke said: 

“The heart of Jesus in fact represents the whole of the mystery of faith, the whole of the pascal mystery, the mystery of the redemptive incarnation, for it represents that constant immeasurable outpouring of divine grace from the glorious heart of Jesus assumed into heaven upon the Church and into the souls of all the faithful.  We know that Our Lord is always true to His promise – for us, our salvation, our eternal salvation and we see in the heart of Jesus, the glorious pierced heart of Jesus, the sign of that fidelity of the Lord to His promises, the anchor of our hope.”

Many priests have Ordination Anniversaries in June. Let us remember them. Also, priests who are special to you, priests who are suffering, either physically or emotionally. Those priests whom no one loves; priests who are being persecuted. Let us include intentions for Seminaries and Seminarians who are studying for the Priesthood, for their sanctification.
