Everyone thinks you have to "wait your turn" and "work your way up" to run for Congress, but 2018 proved that isn't true. And there's something else: we don't have time to wait our turn.
We have until 2030 to stem catastrophic climate change.
People are dying because they don't have healthcare.
People are living on the streets because of the greed of developers and the failure of politicians to act.
We can't wait. We need a people-funded representative in Congress NOW.
That's why I'm running: we've waited our turn long enough.
