Trump hosted more than 200 people for dinner at the White House on Thursday night, behind the presidential seal, and all his guests had to do to get in the room was buy billions of dollars of Trump’s meme coin, his personal cryptocurrency.
When people buy these coins they pay transaction fees, and those transaction fees go directly to Trump’s bank account. He’s made hundreds of millions of dollars just from those fees alone.
All this after Trump accepted a $400 million luxury jet as a gift from Qatar. Foreign governments are lobbying his businesses, approving golf courses and hotels and investments on their soil in the hopes that they will receive preferential treatment from his administration.
This level of corruption is absolutely unprecedented in the United States. It’s the kind of thing you’d see from Putin and his oligarchs, and it’s easy to see why Trump thinks so highly of him.
We don’t even know who most of the people at this dinner were, but we know the majority were foreigners. Were they Putin agents, Chinese Communist Party members, war criminals, scammers and fraudsters? We don’t know.
That doesn’t matter to Trump, because all he cares about is lining his own pockets. But it should matter to us, and it absolutely matters when it comes to foreign adversaries working to influence our National Security and Foreign Policy.
At the very least, the American people deserve to know who he invited to that dinner. VoteVets is calling on the White House to release that list. And I am asking you, personally, to join us.
Sign this petition and demand that the Trump White House make the guest list from Trump’s crypto dinner public. Release the list so we know who is buying influence with the President of the United States.
