Hello Neighbor,

Spring is well underway now, and I hope you’ve taken some time to enjoy Michigan’s warmer weather and brighter blue skies. Our state has so much to offer during the spring season, from the fresh fruits and vegetables at a local farmers market to enjoying America’s national pastime at Comerica Park.

And while spring is certainly bringing some much-needed joy after a long winter, just know that you are not alone if you’re feeling confused or anxious about the chaos that continues to unfold in our federal government. We’re all in this together, and we’ll continue to support one another in these trying and unprecedented times.

As always, my office is always available to answer your questions and provide any assistance that you may need. Please do not hesitate to contact us or call my office at 517-373-7918 if you are in need of help.

In Solidarity,

Darrin Camilleri

State Senator

District 4

Thanks for Coming – Senior Summit
Thank you to everyone who came out to my Senior Summit earlier this month. It was great to see so many of you there!

I hope you found the discussions about important issues, from available services to ways to protect yourself from identity theft and scams both informative and helpful.

Join us for a Community Conversation about Hazardous Waste
I joined Rep. Reggie Miller to announce our hazardous waste legislation that modernizes Michigan’s hazardous waste management system and strengthens environmental protections for communities across the state.

Now, we're inviting you to a Community Conversation about Hazardous Waste on June 2 at the Belleville Library at 6:00 p.m. This event is a great chance for us to share important details about our legislation and our ongoing efforts to tackle hazardous waste in our neighborhoods and for you to ask questions.

Our communities are sick and tired of being the go-to dumping grounds for some of the most hazardous waste in North America. Your voice matters — let’s keep the conversation going!

WHEN: Monday, June 2, from 6:00 – 7:30 p.m.
WHERE: Belleville Library, 167 4th St., Belleville, MI 48111
