More pain in the Congo, faith of a child trampled, defending Israel in 2 days, getting sued for protecting kids, victory on Broadway. . .

John,

It's evil like we've never seen: 70 Christians were snatched from their village in the dark of the night, marched into a church, and beheaded with machetes.

Christian victims – mostly women, children, and the elderly – were targeted and murdered in the Democratic Republic of the Congo by suspected radical Islamic militants with ties to ISIS. The extremist group wants to wipe out Christians in the region.

They face unfathomable pain.

Local church leaders are devastated: "We don't know what to do or how to pray; we've had enough of massacres."

To meet the moment, we're taking emergency action. IN 2 DAYS, we are submitting critical written submissions to the U.N. Human Rights Council on behalf of dying Christians in the Congo. Our message to the United Nations: Prosecute those responsible for the mass executions, provide aid, and protect the Christians.

Additionally, we are working in Washington, D.C., to get this issue before Congress and the Trump Administration. We must aggressively defend our dying brothers and sisters in Christ. But we need your voice to make headway on this issue – add your voice to our efforts.

In Texas, of all places, a 5th-grade girl with special needs was left in tears after her Bible verses were confiscated – her faith treated like contraband.

However, we're thrilled to share a major win for this client. After stepping in and sending a demand letter, the school district now fully recognizes our client's constitutional right to express her faith. They assured us that all involved have been made aware of her rights. Moving forward, the district is committed to upholding religious liberty in its schools.

This is a victory for every student's right to live out their faith. Stand with us. Defend faith. Join the fight today.

The ICC issued arrest warrants for Israeli leaders shortly after Hamas' brutal attacks, launching a wave of lawfare against Israel. And this week, Israeli diplomats were assassinated by a Hamas sympathizer on the streets of D.C.

The ACLJ is mobilizing our offices in D.C., Jerusalem, and Europe, and we have prepared a new written legal submission for the U.N. Human Rights Council. We'll submit it NEXT WEEK. We urgently need your support to stand with Israel.

Across America, public and school libraries are being attacked – not for pushing explicit content, but for trying to protect kids from it. Leftist groups like the ACLU are suing to expose your kids to sexually graphic books.

The ACLJ is fighting back, defending parents, schools, and libraries, and working to restore commonsense protections. Please lend your powerful voice to our battle to restore innocence.

In a major win for free speech, the ACLJ defended a preacher who was wrongfully arrested for sharing the Gospel on the streets of New York City. Our quick-acting legal team got the charges thrown out.

We argued that the citation was bogus. The judge agreed and threw out the case immediately. The question remains: Why does this keep happening to Christians in major American cities? Read how the case transpired.
