In the dead of night, Congressional Republicans passed Donald Trump’s budget by a single vote.

That one vote? It will strip healthcare from 13.7 million Americans — just to shower more tax breaks on the ultra-wealthy and Trump’s biggest donors.

And the worst part? Four swing seat Republican Congressmembers from California voted for it.

Reps. David Valadao, Young Kim, Ken Calvert, and Kevin Kiley.

These are the same Republicans who’ve spent all year dodging their constituents and hiding from accountability. They have long pretended to be “moderate” or “reasonable” but now they’ve shown their true colors.

We cannot let this stand. California is home to some of the most competitive House races in the country — and we only need to flip a handful of seats to fire Speaker Mike Johnson and take back the Democratic Majority.

But to do it, we need to fund organizers, open regional offices, and get the truth out to every voter about this outrageous betrayal.
