Hey John,
The year was 2020. I was staying home all the time. Can’t remember why. Donald Trump was president. Can’t remember why. I figured out a way to reinvent live touring by creating the world‘s first virtual comedy venue, so way we could all still enjoy live entertainment without leaving the house. Which for some reason felt like a good idea. Blurry as to why.
And then we invented a weird, mad, worldwide community of Mad Ones, in a virtual place called Mad Town, and an unfettered expression of my bonkers brain was born. No one knows why.
Nonetheless, “GLEIB OFF THE TOP: Crowd Work & Improvised Madness” came alive, and became such an incredibly fun part of our lives.
So much has changed since then. I’m still staying home a lot. Trump is president again. And I’m still doing GLEIB OFF THE TOP.
Everything. Has. Changed.
