We have some important news: the government appealed to the Supreme Court to try to halt discovery in our DOGE transparency case–and we just responded.

While DOGE continues to attempt to fight transparency at every level of justice, we look forward to making our case that the Supreme Court should join the bipartisan group of judges on the District Court and Court of Appeals in allowing discovery to go forward.

We’ve been arguing—and will continue to argue—that DOGE is controlling major government functions with no oversight or legally required transparency into its operations.

Last week, we secured an important win that cleared the way for the next step in the case: discovery. But now DOGE is appealing to the Supreme Court.

This appeal is their last chance to avoid being transparent with the American people.

John, if the Supreme Court agrees to hear the case, we’ll need all the resources we can get to take our fight to the next level and make sure DOGE follows the law and is transparent with the American public.
