It is important to note: This amended bill removes suppressors from the NFA. That is the win! It also includes a backup provision to lower the tax on suppressors to $0, in case the Senate Parliamentarian strikes Section 2 of the Hearing Protection Act. Rest assured, we will do EVERYTHING we can to make sure suppressors are removed completely from the NFA!
