Friend — We don’t know what to say.

We’ve tried telling you that we are way behind our fundraising goals.

We’ve tried explaining that missing those goals will be devastating for our efforts to organize against Trump.

So maybe we should just show you this graph:

This graph shows the amount of donations coming into our ActBlue since Trump took office.

This trend is really worrying, friend.

We may have come out the gate strong in Trump’s first two months.

But if we can’t keep up a sustained fight against this administration, if we can’t raise the funds necessary to keep our campaign moving forward, will we only continue to fall behind Trump and the GOP over the next four years. We can’t take back the House, the Senate, and eventually the White House if this trend keeps up.

So we’re hoping that by being transparent about this, you’ll understand why your donation today is so important to us, and to Ilhan.
