If there’s one thing you should know about me, it’s that I’ve never forgotten the creed I lived by when I served as an Army Ranger. And now that I'm a member of Congress, that creed still shapes who I am. Here are a few parts that are especially meaningful to me:
“My country expects me to move further, faster, and fight harder than any other.”
“I will shoulder more than my share of the task, whatever it may be, 100% and then some.”
“Under no circumstances will I ever embarrass my country.”

9/11 changed the lives of so many Americans, including mine. I made the decision to transition from the National Guard to active duty, and I served three combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan.
My three tours taught me a lot about respect, working under pressure, and the value of selfless service to others.

But now, our nation is facing a different fight. Our constitutional rights are under attack. Our economy is slowing because of Donald Trump’s trade war and tariff taxes on working families. We need to hold the Trump administration accountable.
And those words I used to say as an Army Ranger? They’re not just a statement — they’re a way of life.
From the Ranger Creed to my oath of office, I’ll never stop fighting to defend the Constitution and protect our rights. Will you stand with me by donating $10 or any amount now?
