In the middle of the night, Republicans voted to kick 13.7 million Americans off their healthcare and stole food assistance from 11 million people in need to give tax cuts to billionaires:
Trump and Republicans in Congress are robbing people in order to hand it over to the rich. They are not in Congress to serve the people, they are here to serve themselves and the billionaires who have paid them—oligarchy.
Trump fights for oligarchs and billionaires. Alexandria fights for us.
We are at a crossroads. We can either have extreme and growing wealth inequality with the toxic division and corruption that it requires to survive, or we can have a fair economy for working people along with a democracy and freedoms that uphold it.
Oligarchy or democracy, but we cannot have both.
