I’m thrilled to congratulate Justice Allison Riggs, who has officially been sworn in to the North Carolina Supreme Court — fulfilling the will of millions of voters who cast their ballots in a fair and democratic election last November.

Despite repeated attempts by Republicans to overturn the results, the people of North Carolina stood strong — and now, their voices have finally been heard.
