Donald Trump is flaunting his corruption for every American to see. A President CANNOT accept a benefit, favor, or payment from a foreign government without consulting with Congress first, according to the Constitution. It’s that simple .

I am using my senior position on committees and as a leader in the House to raise the alarm about how Trump has betrayed America’s trust and violated the Constitution. We cannot let him sweep this under the rug. This sets a dangerous precedent.

Trump even admitted that accepting the gift is a “reward for a job well done.”
