Taxpayer, don’t take our word for it—take theirs.
“White Coat Waste has succeeded where other antivivisection groups have failed
so many times before.”
— U.S. government dog experimenter, Bob’s lab
Not the groups chasing celebrities. Not the ones throwing paint.
He said it about WCW—because we win.

Taxpayer, the email below tells the story of how we
rescued Bob and shut down his laboratory.
But the most revealing line didn’t come from us—it came from the animal
experimenters inside Bob’s lab.

We ended Bob’s torture.
We ended the culture of losing. (See below).
We ended all dog testing in the U.S. federal government— in under nine years.
Thanks for making it all happen, Taxpayer.
Keep reading for Bob’s full story—the dog who didn’t just make it out.
He made history.

Bob Didn’t Just Get Rescued—He Started a Revolution.
Taxpayer, We just celebrated National Rescue Dog Day.
Please meet the dog who didn’t just survive the system—he helped take it down.
Bob was once known as Govt ID #CZNIBF. Before his first birthday, he was shipped to a Department of Veterans Affairs
(VA) laboratory in Los Angeles to test medical devices.
At Bob’s lab, dogs were bred to suffer from narcolepsy. Dobermans were injected
with anti-depressants and methamphetamines for six months, then killed—and their
brains were dissected.
A whistleblower even called it a “House of Horrors.”

Dog testing inside the U.S. government had been raging behind closed doors,
Taxpayer.
But for nearly two decades, the animal rights movement didn’t close a single
federal dog lab. The biggest groups were dressing in costumes, running naked, courting
celebrities, and throwing red paint—but getting none of Uncle Sam’s canine labs
shut down.
They flailed. The labs were flush with cash. The dogs kept suffering.
Don’t take our word for it—take the lab’s. This is a real email from a government dog experimenter inside Bob’s lab. He
admits: WCW did what no other group could. We ended the culture of losing—and they knew it.
Then White Coat Waste stepped in:
* WCW started an investigation of Bob’s lab.
* WCW exposed it to the Los Angeles Times and the Daily Mail.
* WCW built a bipartisan coalition of Republican and Democratic lawmakers to
cut the lab’s purse strings.
* WCW SHUT DOWN Bob’s lab!
* And WCW saved Bob’s life.

Retire & release more government lab survivors!
Bob’s laboratory was the very first one we shut down. But it wasn’t our last.
His victory started an unmatched winning streak that ended ALL dog testing at
the VA: Los Angeles, Milwaukee, Cleveland, Saint Louis, and Richmond.
And Bob’s momentum supercharged our campaign to end dog testing inside the
NIH—which, just this month, shuttered NIH’s last in-house beagle lab.
In just nine years, WCW ended every single lab causing pain and distress to dogs
inside the U.S. federal government. Bob was the turning point.
“ More than any other group , it is White Coat Waste that has elevated the cause of stopping these horrific
government experimentations on dogs and puppies into the mainstream political
conversation.”
- Glenn Greenwald, Pulitzer Prize Winner

Retire & release more government lab survivors!
From a number to a name. From a cage to a couch. From a lab dog to “lap dog,”
Bob didn’t just make it out—he made history in the process.
Bob ended a dark chapter of canine cruelty—and shattered a culture of losing.
Thank you, Taxpayer.
You Give. We Win. They Survive.
