Center Stage main feature with talent
Join us at Joe's Pub at the Public Theater on Monday, June 9, for Center Stage, Where Stars Align for the LGBTQ+ Community, presented by Lea DeLaria and Tom Kirdahy.

More than a show, Center Stage is a bold stand for queer joy and queer resistance. Every dollar raised supports programs for transgender and nonbinary people, BIPOC and immigrant community members, queer youth, and so many others who rely on The Center.

And the lineup keeps getting better. The stage will be filled with legendary stars of the stage and screen including Jordan Fisher, André De Shields, and Jackie Hoffman, with more to be announced.

The Center’s 2025 open youth scholarships are here! Youth of color and trans, gender nonconforming, nonbinary, two-spirit, intersex applicants, and youth with multiple marginalized identities are highly encouraged to apply. If you are not currently connected to Center Youth, you may join to become eligible for Center Youth scholarships.

LGBT Bar Association of Greater New York's Walk-In Legal Clinic

This free weekly clinic for the LGBT community provides 15-20 minute consultations with volunteer attorneys available to provide free general guidance and legal referrals. Volunteer attorneys offer guidance on housing, immigration, family law, criminal issues, employment, discrimination, and more.

This weekly walk-in clinic offers free, confidential emotional support by trained volunteer peer counselors. Afterwards, you may receive referrals to mental health professionals or other supportive resources.

Center the Culture: AAPI Food Festival

Last weekend, The Center celebrated its annual Center the Culture: AAPI Food Festival, which uplifts AAPI LGBTQ+ community members and their cultures, contributions, and cuisine. With laughs from Host Ma'amShe, beats by DJ Michele Yue, and bites from vendors representing the full AAPI diaspora, the event was as joyful as it was delicious.
