Memorial Day weekend.

Our team set a goal of raising another $10,000 online before the end of

 1. Grassroots fundraising has slowed way down since April, in large part
due to the economic uncertainty we’re all experiencing in America
right now.
 2. Holiday weekends are historically slow for fundraising. People are out
enjoying their long weekend and they are understandably not checking
their email.

That’s why I’m emailing you TODAY. We’ll need a surge of support before
the long weekend to stay on track and hit this goal.
