AG Nessel on the Passing of Former Supreme Court Chief Justice Michael Cavanagh

*LANSING *– Today, Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel issued the following statement upon the passing of Former Supreme Court Chief Justice Michael Cavanagh:

“Justice Cavanagh’s decades of service on the Michigan Supreme Court reflected what it truly means to be a public servant: someone who gave so much of himself to this state, with devotion to the rule of law and the people of Michigan. My heart goes out to Chief Justice Megan Cavanagh, the entire Cavanagh family, and all who had the privilege of knowing and working with him.”
