For most of the players, it was their first time playing organized basketball. PennDOT announced that construction to replace the bridge on Black Rock Road that passes over Crossmans Run in Upper Providence Township started Monday, May 12. The section of Black Rock Road between Upper Indian Head Road and Ashenfelter Road will be closed through Monday, December 1. PennDOT is advising drivers to prepare for delays and use Egypt Road and Route 29 during construction. | Perkiomen Mapping & Flood Mitigation Study Public Meeting | Coming up on Wednesday, June 18, the Perkiomen Mapping & Flood Mitigation will host two virtual public meetings to share preliminary results, recommendations, and review study objectives. Their certified technicians will ensure your child's seat is installed safely, fits properly, and is up to date on any recalls. Locally, this event will be held at Elmwood Park Zoo on Wednesday, May 28, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. I encourage every parent and caregiver to take advantage of this free event.
