Late Sunday, the House Budget Committee held a late night session and advanced Trump’s “Big Bad Billionaire’s Bill”. This bill will strip hardworking American families’ access to things like Medicaid and food assistance. It will dismantle social safety net programs and clean energy subsidies. House Republicans are focused on extending tax cuts for the wealthy and well-connected, and they’re willing to risk adding more than $5 trillion to our nation’s debt over the next decade to do so.

This bill is yet another assault on the American people and a prime example of how important the midterm election is going to be.

We have to take power away from people that abuse it. We have to win.
