At OAC's Your Weight Matters Virtual event this past weekend, Paul Davidson, PhD, explained that about 80% of our thoughts are negative. When we engage in negative self-talk, it impairs mental health, contributes to depression and anxiety, impacts our relationships and reduces our sense of self-worth.
