Project 2025 Is at the Center of Trump 2.0
As a presidential candidate, Donald Trump tried to distance himself from Project 2025 -- a detailed plan from the Heritage Foundation to dismantle the federal government and eliminate environmental protections. Now, more than three months into Trump's second term, he appears to be following through on much of the Project 2025 agenda.
Learn more about Trump's destructive agenda and how we can act to block it.

Take ActionÂ
1) Join Our May Action Hour to Protect Endangered Wildlife
Did you know that May is Endangered Species Month? Yet instead of strengthening protections, Trump and other extremist politicians are working to gut the Endangered Species Act and sell off critical habitats for corporate profit. Together, we know we can protect wildlife like the red wolf, monarch butterfly, and sea turtle, but not if corporate polluters succeed in weakening protections. That's why in our next Action Hour, we'll take meaningful action to safeguard biodiversity and protect the wildlife we love.
RSVP here to join a special Endangered Species Action Hour on Wednesday, May 28.

2) Stopping Trump's No Good, Very Bad Budget Bill
Right now, Trump and extremist Republicans in Congress are attempting to make more drastic cuts to clean energy, climate action, public lands, Medicaid, and other essential government programs we rely on -- in order to pay for more tax breaks for their billionaire buddies. But the Republican Party is deeply divided on many of the worst cuts, especially to clean energy, healthcare, and education, which means we have a real chance of stopping them.
The next few weeks are critical for us to act. Call your representative to demand they oppose cuts to climate, environmental, and health protections at 844-672-5067 and learn more about this disastrous budget bill and the actions you can take.

3) Write to Your Local Newspaper: "Fix Our Forests" Is a Farce
The Trump administration and its allies in Congress are working overtime to hand over our national forests to the timber industry. The Fix Our Forests Act claims to be a solution to wildfire, but it's a dangerous giveaway to the timber industry. We need to make sure that Congress hears us loud and clear: Logging is not the way to "fix" our forests.
Help spread the word by writing a letter to the editor revealing the true nature of this harmful bill.

2) Public Lands Sales on the Table as Congress Looks for Ways to Raise Revenue
Congress is currently working on a legislative package that is meant to set spending limits and balance the nation's debt but is instead being used by Republicans to sell public lands and cut environmental protections to cut taxes for billionaires. The potential sale has united Americans across ideologies and the political spectrum -- from sportsmen to wildlife advocates -- to fight back.
Here's why you may soon find yourself locked out of some of America's most treasured landscapes.

3) EPA Killed the Energy Star
Since it started under President George H.W. Bush in 1992, the Energy Star program has helped American families and businesses save more than $500 billion in energy costs and helped prevent 4 billion metric tons of greenhouse gas emissions from entering our atmosphere. However, Trump's EPA is preparing to end the popular program -- the latest move in the administration's ongoing effort to roll back energy efficiency standards.
Learn more about threats to our nation's gold-star energy efficiency program and what killing Energy Star really means for us.
