John, when most people run for Congress, they have a big fancy campaign office and go to expensive fundraisers to rub shoulders with wealthy donors. 

I’m not that kind of candidate. This isn’t that kind of campaign. 

I have a camper van that I’ve converted into a mobile campaign headquarters, and I have grassroots supporters like you. And I wouldn’t have it any other way.

My name is Tayhlor Coleman, and I'm running for Congress because Texas deserves better than my multimillionaire GOP opponent, Michael McCaul, who only comes back here to my home district when it's time to collect a campaign check.

This is my home. I know the people here. I’ve listened to their stories. And this much is clear: Washington is failing us. 

Donald Trump is stripping away our most fundamental freedoms and making it harder for working people to get ahead. Meanwhile, Michael McCaul, who is already one of the richest members of Congress, can’t be bothered to stand up for us — because he’s too busy padding his own pockets with his congressional insider trading scheme.

It’s time for change, but it’s not going to be easy.
