House Republicans are doing everything they can to push through a budget bill that would destroy Medicaid and hand billionaires another massive tax break. The bill would force at least 8.6 million people to lose care and jeopardize the entire healthcare system just to make the ultra-rich in this country even wealthier.1

Over fierce public opposition to Medicaid cuts, and disunity within the GOP on the issue, the budget bill cleared a key House committee vote on Sunday. Speaker Johnson is pushing for a full House vote this week — so this could be our last chance to halt these devastating cuts and stop Trump’s “big, beautiful bill” from reaching the Senate.
