This session will explore a recent wage records pilot study conducted in Washington state that follows a cohort of workers over three years as they transitioned between industries and jobs in the Pacific Northwest. Findings contribute to evidence-based policy decisions and explore the impact of industry changes on wages, hours worked, and job locations.
