John,

Public schools are actively attacking our children's religious liberties – suppressing their Christian faith.

Our client, a precious 5th grader with special needs – a girl with a vibrant faith – had her handwritten Bible verses confiscated by her principal and treated like dangerous contraband. She was left heartbroken, confused, and in tears.

Even more horrific, her teacher became publicly angered upon seeing the verses and ordered her to put them away. What our client intended to encourage others has been ruthlessly banned by adults who are waging a war on a child's faith. We are taking immediate action.

Students do not leave their religious liberties at the schoolhouse door.

Our legal team just fired off a legal demand letter on her behalf to the principal and school district. We are insisting that our client's religious liberties be restored. The school district must respond within TWO DAYS. Otherwise, we are prepared to take further legal action.

We have taken on many battles like this and won. We took on a track coach who said his athletes couldn't pray – and won. We defended a 3rd grader who was told she could bring any book to school EXCEPT the Bible – and won.

The Left is working overtime to silence us, but God has called us to this cause. Remember us and our client in your prayers as we fight this battle. Join the fight TODAY. Every signature matters.
