A win for Michigan voters

- SCOTUS declined to take ([link removed] ) a case from Michigan GOP lawmakers who used the radical independent state legislature theory to challenge two voter-approved pro-voting amendments to the Michigan Constitution. The amendments will remain in effect.

Judge blocks unlawful DOGE takeover
