Unsurprisingly, in school districts where desegregation orders were lifted, there has been a greater increase in racial segregation than in those still under court orders. Ending desegregation orders would be devastating for Mississippi kids. Every child deserves a top-notch education, regardless of ability, identification, race, or zip code.
