Mental Health Awareness Month is an important time for us to reflect on our own mental health and the mental health of those around us. As union members, we know that the workplace can be a stressful environment. Whether it's dealing with high job demands, poor relationships with supervisors or colleagues, navigating challenging situations, or simply trying to balance work and personal life, our jobs can take a toll on our mental well-being.

During a time when our members are facing unprecedented attacks, we must recognize the role that our union can play in fostering supportive, compassionate, and productive workplaces across federal and D.C. government agencies. This year, the Women and Fair Practices Department is steadfast in our commitment to support you in this challenging moment in our nation’s history.
