It is nothing short of some of the wealthiest and most powerful people in this country taking away from people who are struggling just to get by.

The good news — the glimmer of hope — is that there are cracks in the Republican Party.
There are Republican elected officials who feel the pressure from ads, town halls, and organizing happening in their districts that their re-election is in jeopardy if they vote for these cuts.
They are right to be scared.
Which is why we have to keep up the pressure before time runs out.
