The only thing holding back MAGA from enacting the maximalist implementation of Project 2025: Judges.

Local, state, and federal judges have been the only thing stopping the flurry of executive orders and initiatives flooding the zone aimed at dismantling the American constitutional framework and legal system.

In response the administration has developed a new plan, Project 2026: get rid of the judges blocking Project 2025 by any means necessary and replace them with ultra-MAGA legal operatives.

Fearing recounts and legal challenges in 2026 and beyond, the focus of these efforts to remove judges centers around key swing states. It's why in the Wisconsin Supreme Court Election this past April the GOP and Elon Musk pumped in over $40 million into the race to try to tip the scales.

And it’s why far-right mega donors are already pledging to pump over $30 million into the November 2025 Pennsylvania Supreme Court retention race - an attempt to ensure Pennsylvania will not be a swing state in the 2026 midterms, the 2028 presidential where Trump plans to seek a third term, and beyond.

We are ringing the alarm bells about the Pennsylvania supreme court battle. No one in Democratic politics is talking about this and the Republicans are assembling a war chest that will make Wisconsin’s spending look like a small town mayoral race.
