The GENIUS Act is a billionaire scam in the making.
This reckless bill would open the floodgates for ultra-wealthy figures like Donald Trump and Elon Musk to create, market, and profit from unregulated digital currencies – without the oversight or accountability needed to protect everyday Americans.
This bill would supercharge inequality, as the richest and most corrupt individuals will be perfectly positioned to benefit, while the rest of us are left holding the bag.
If passed, the GENIUS Act would greenlight a financial system designed by and for the ultra-rich, enabling them to exploit unstable crypto schemes, backed by foreign investors, while the rest of us are left with no protections against market manipulation, no recourse to funneling wealth overseas, and increased instability in our already vulnerable economy.

We need Democrats to stand strong in pushing back, and demanding real protections against corruption, foreign interference, and exploitation. We need to flood Senators from both parties with opposition before this digital financial scam becomes law.
It’s not financial “innovation” to legalize corruption. Without guardrails, stablecoins and digital currencies become tools for international money laundering and systemic fraud. Already, the Trump family is orchestrating a $2 billion deal with a Middle Eastern fund using their own stablecoin.
This bill would hand a blank check to billionaires and corporations while exposing ordinary people to risk, fraud, and financial abuse.
