The Endangered Species Act is under attack

If you don’t protect habitat, you can’t protect wildlife. Yet that is precisely what the Trump administration is proposing to do: cancel the regulation under the Endangered Species Act that prohibits harm to the places where endangered species live.

Our first legal win against the Trump administration

Thanks to one of our first lawsuits, the Department of Agriculture has agreed to restore critical information about climate change that it purged from its websites, a move we challenged on behalf of farmers who depend on this data.

Trump’s big, bad budget bill

Congressional Republicans are using a process called budget reconciliation to ram through more of the Trump administration’s unpopular agenda. If passed, it would provide more handouts for polluting industries, cut taxes for billionaires, and cut funding for programs that invest in our health and environment.
