Another win for cats

Taxpayer, you signed our petition to Pete Hegseth’s
Department of Defense (DOD).
Now, this happened:
[[link removed]]
MORE WINNING! White Coat Waste just ENDED the DOD’s $10.8 million contract for erectile
dysfunction and constipation experiments on cats.
[[link removed]]
WCW investigators uncovered this cat-a-strophic waste. DOD paid a University of
Pittsburgh lab $10.8 million to:
⚡Sever cats’ spinal cords and paralyze their lower bodies.
⚡Ram condoms and marbles up the cats’ anuses.
⚡ Electro-shock the crippled cats to give them erections and defecate.
Check out our investigation right here.

Senator Rand Paul helped us expose it in his Festivus report:
[[link removed]]
Taxpayer, you and I started the lobbying and advocacy
campaign to END it:
* WCW sued
[[link removed]] the DOD.
* WCW exposés sparked widespread media
[[link removed]] coverage.
* WCW passed bipartisan House legislation
[[link removed]] —the first-ever vote to defund
[[link removed]] the Pentagon’s cat abuse.
* WCW united Elon Musk
[[link removed]] , Laura Loomer
[[link removed]] , Sen. Rand Paul
[[link removed]] (R-KY), Rep. Jared Moscowitz (D-FL), and a Ben & Jerry’s
[[link removed]] founder.
* WCW rallied thousands of grassroots supporters to join the fight—donating, signing
petitions, and demanding action.
RESULT: Hegseth cut the money.

WCW built a “strange bedfellows” coalition for cats . We united these MAGA leaders, Rand Paul libertarians, and liberal icons such
as Ben Cohen
[[link removed]] , the legendary Ben & Jerry’s co-founder.
[[link removed]]
First, WCW ended kitten experimentation at the USDA—the government’s largest cat laboratory
[[link removed]] . Then, we laid waste to all Veterans Affairs cat labs
[[link removed]] .
Now, you and I waged war on waste at the DOD—and won.
No other animal protection group has closed any federal feline labs in 40 years. And no other organizations worked with us on
this campaign.
Taxpayer, I was inspired to end animal testing after
working in a laboratory. My life’s work is to defend the domestic shorthair—and
to destroy federal feline labs
[[link removed]] .
That’s why I founded WCW: the nation’s MOST effective organization at slashing cat labs— and saving lab cats
[[link removed]] .
But I can’t do it without you. And there’s a lot more work to do. So let’s keep fighting until we scrap ALL cat labs to the
litterbox of history.
Stop the Money. Stop the Madness!

P.S. Last week, White Coat Waste ended the NIH’s last in-house beagle lab
[[link removed]] —and the US government’s largest dog lab. Taxpayers and pet owners shouldn’t be
forced to pay for the Pentagon’s pet abuse, either. Now, following a WCW campaign, we won’t have to
[[link removed]] . Delilah thanks you. So do I, Taxpayer.
