The disappearance of Kilmar Abrego Garcia to El Salvador is not just a cruel and unlawful attack on our union brother and his family. It is a violation of Kilmar's constitutional right to due process—threatening the rights of every working American and undermining one of the pillars of our democracy. If due process can be taken from one person, it can be taken from all of us.
