A bill effectively legalizing infanticide has passed and sits on a governor's desk waiting to be signed. This is urgent.

This deceptive Washington state bill removes the authority to investigate "suspected abortions." It empowers secrecy to blur the lines, conceal infanticide, and protect bad actors. We sent a legal demand letter to fight back.

We also launched an infanticide investigation into New Mexico's brutal late-term abortion facilities – a den of horrors that openly performs abortions up until the day of birth.

THIS WEEK, after reading an ACLJ article about a New Mexico hospital that was trying to force pro-life medical professionals to participate in abortions, President Trump's HHS launched a federal investigation into the hospital.

This critical Trump Administration investigation is a direct result of our legal action in standing up for these brave medical professionals.

The abortion industry operates in the shadows – that's why every stone must be turned over and no ground given up. The Left wants to make the killing of babies easy, abundant, and secretive, and they want to force pro-life medical professionals to participate in this evil. We just had a MAJOR win in federal court. The state of Massachusetts and the abortion industry tried to have our lawsuit against their taxpayer-funded smear of pro-life centers thrown out of court.

They failed. We won, and the court's ruling just cleared the way for us to strengthen our complaint with bombshell revelations uncovered in our FOIA request.
