Sen. Durbin is hard at work defending our democracy from Donald Trump, and we have some important updates to share!

🍎 In honor of Teacher Appreciation Week, Sen. Durbin introduced a bill to provide teachers and educators a fully refundable tax credit to help address teaching shortages and help them succeed in the classroom.

Teachers are the bedrock of our democracy: They are teaching the next generation of voters, leaders, and citizens, and it’s critical that we provide teachers with the support they need.
