This past Monday, I joined San Antonio AFL-CIO for the Save Our Seniors Town Hall. We discussed Social Security and what Democrats in Congress are doing to fight back. These past few months my office has received a record-breaking number of calls and texts expressing concern about Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid. I will continue to speak out against Trump’s reckless policies.

This week, my district staff celebrated the completion of the San Pedro Creek Culture Park in San Antonio. After a decade of restoration efforts, the creek is now a hub for recreation and community events. Thanks to all who contributed to making our community a healthier place.

Thank you to President Marc Morial and the National Urban League for this recognition and for y’all’s hard work in uniting our communities across the country.

This is dangerous because it intimidates intelligence analysts, undercuts the integrity of their work, and undermines our national security.
