For two months, over 50,000 Democratic donors and activists have urged all 47 Senate Democrats to filibuster the #CorruptCrypto "GENIUS" bill, which is designed to enrich billionaires like Donald Trump and Elon Musk.
On May 8, we won a huge victory when all 47 Democrats voted no.
But Republicans did not surrender. Instead they threated Democrats with massive spending by crypto SuperPACs unless they flipped their votes for the GENIUS bill.
So this week, the Senate will vote again - and key Democrats may vote for #CorruptCrypto simply because they are afraid of Crypto SuperPACs.
Here's the deal: Crypto SuperPACs give much less to Democratic candidates. Instead they spent $245 million in 2024 to defeat great Democratic Senators including Sherrod Brown (OH), Jon Tester (MT), and Bob Casey (PA).
We - millions of Democratic donors and activists - are the ones who fund Democrats with the BILLIONS of dollars we donate through ActBlue.
So if Senate Democrats want to worry about campaign contributions, they really need to worry about Democratic donors like us - not Crypto SuperPACs.
And to send this message loud and clear, we are declaring a Democratic Donor Strike against ANY Democrat who refuses to filibuster the #CorruptCrypto ?"GENIUS" bill.
Our strike begins IMMEDIATELY. We will not donate to any of the Senate Democrats listed below UNLESS they issue a public statement supporting a FILIBUSTER of the "GENIUS" bill - and vote no on Monday.

In addition, we call upon Sen. Gillibrand to resign as chair of the Democratic Senate Campaign Committee - which is the PAC for all Senate Democrats. As donors, we refuse to support a PAC run by a proud "Crypto Champion."
And if Sen. Gillibrand refuses to resign, we call upon Sen. Schumer to replace her with a Democrat who will Stand with Democrats - not Crypto SuperPACs.
