TGIF for Congressman Shri Thanedar because that means his terrible, no
good, very bad week can finally come to an end.

First, Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib from the neighboring district endorsed
Donavan McKinney for Congress. She said the #1 reason why was because of
how terrible Shri is at the most basic function of their job as members of
Congress: constituent services.

Then, Shri immediately announced he would be introducing seven articles of
impeachment against Donald Trump and forcing a vote on them — as
progressives were focused on trying to stop the GOP from ramming a budget
bill that would defund Medicaid to pay for billionaire tax cuts.

After that, his colleagues said this about him:

* “This is the dumbest f***ing thing”
* “Utterly selfish behavior”
* What a dumbs**t”
* "a total distraction”

Finally, at the 11th hour, he pulled the plug on the vote after leadership
told him they would be voting against it.

There's no question Donald Trump has committed impeachable offenses, but
Shri’s political stunts were just that. Another multimillionaire playing
political games with constituents’ lives.
