Each year the American Public Works Association (APWA) sponsors “National Public Works Week” to honor the important role public works and infrastructure plays in everyday life.

Road Closed
Hwy. 494 Closed Through Monday

The MN Department of Transportation has closed a section of Hwy. 494 through Inver Grove Heights until 5 a.m. Monday, May 19. Posted detours could cause added traffic in Mendota Heights.

Use Caution on Valley Park Trail

Valley Park Trail has reopened for public use until the River to River Greenway trail construction begins in August.

The trail is currently in very poor condition with some gravel segments; use caution on the trail during this period.
