Thursday, Refuse Fascism led protests outside the Supreme Court, in Los Angeles and New York City, and dropped banners in cities across the country to say “Hands Off Birthright Citizenship! Trump Must Go Now!” The Trump regime argued before the Court that it should be allowed to overturn birthright citizenship by executive decree.

This is fascism - shredding the rule of law, attempting to neuter the power of the federal courts to stop unconstitutional orders, and taking us back to a time before the civil war when citizenship was determined by race and the inferior legal status of one’s ancestors!

The high stakes of this are shocking and shaking people awake.
We need to turn shock, fear, and dread into a determination to defeat Trump/MAGA fascism:

“Millions in the streets not allowing business as usual when that business is cementing fascist rule with the vilest degrading morality shoved down our throats. MANY VOICES AND BODIES DEMANDING: THE TRUMP FASCIST REGIME MUST GO NOW! With this we can and must create a political crisis in which the Trump regime cannot govern and implement their fascist program or even maintain his hold on power.”
