| | 💪 Take Action: Protect the Affordable Housing and Sustainable Communities Program! |
| |
|
| Negotiations around the Cap & Trade Program are happening right now for the 2025 legislative session. Revenue from this program goes into the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund (GGRF), which provides funding for the Affordable Housing and Sustainable Communities (AHSC) program. AHSC receives a 20% continuous appropriation from GGRF, providing significant funding for integrated housing and transportation projects across California. We Need YOU to Take Action! Use this simple Call to Action Toolkit, created by our colleagues at Enterprise Community Partners, to engage and amplify the importance of funding the AHSC program. Sign onto the joint coalition letter and/or use an email template to contact lawmakers and urge support for the AHSC! |
