Republican organizers just announced that they're recalling state Senator Leroy Garcia – the first Latino president of the Senate in Colorado history.

The GOP was swept out of office last November, losing the governor's mansion and both state chambers to Democrats. Now, they're lining up their recall petitions, hoping to flip Colorado back to Republican control while no one's watching.
