When the Elon Musk-backed Wisconsin supreme court candidate lost in April, many assumed the fight for our courts was over. But we saw what was coming:

MAGA has launched a coordinated campaign to take over state courts in key swing states to tilt the scales in their favor in the upcoming 2026 & 2028 elections. Trump wants loyalist judges in place to issue MAGA-friendly decisions on election lawsuits that will suppress Democratic votes.

Defend Our Courts has a plan to fight back. PA state law limits the ability of judges to campaign, so it’s up to us to build the infrastructure necessary to support the three Democratic judges Trump is targeting.
