Tina for Oregon

Admittedly, John — my jump shot needs a bit of work.

But the good news? There’s now a facility here in Oregon dedicated to women’s sports where the professionals can show me how it’s done.

I’m so excited about the growth of women’s sports. From record viewership for women’s basketball and an expansion WNBA team right here in Oregon to record attendance at NWSL Portland Thorns games, everyone watches women’s sports.

I’m committed to growing the game and creating opportunities for women to play at the highest levels and shine on the biggest stages. I myself was a high-school athlete, and held the record for quite a while. And as an Oregon Duck, I’m especially proud of our women’s indoor track team for winning their eighth national title this season.

But progress doesn’t happen overnight. It takes sustained investment and support. Add your name right now to support our work investing in women’s sports and helping Oregon lead the nation, John.
