A lot has been written about the readiness of the next generations for the workforce. The student loan crisis is heavily covered, but there's also discussion of the availability of entry-level positions. The trades and apprenticeships are receiving focus, as well. The jobs of the future seem to always change, and the recommendation to focus on skills such as problem solving and communication is usually mixed with a note that we have failed to properly train future workers with these skillsets.?

Building a resilient and representative economy requires creating opportunities and providing the education and training for individuals to take advantage of those opportunities.
